Mid-to-Senior Level (Graphic Design Lead)

Looking for a full-time, bright-eyed and bushy tailed creative designer with an arsenal that slays.
Our creative team is needing to stack up our militia of design champs. If you have some expert Adobe skills, experience in branding, logo and website design, campaign creative and more, drop us a line. At BrightBox, strategy is demanded of every designer.   • 4-7 years design experience

Requirements:
  • Bachelors degree and/or 4-7 years of graphic design experience (compensation varying on talent), preferably
  • Expert knowledge in Adobe Creative Suite (print layout, vector illustration, web templates, photography manipulation, etc.)
  • Must be organized in with company’s folder management and file structure
  • Preferably agency experience (although not required)
  • Usability of Apple products (OS updating, expert user, Adobe integration, etc.)
  • Must be a hard worker, friendly and creatively enthusiastic
  • Possess a strong desire to teach and learn with a team of diverse marketing professionals who love to work and love to have fun
  • Must have competency in marketing programs from conception to implementation of all creative deliverables in between
  • Be well-versed in digital AND print design processes (including large and small format printing)
  Responsibilities:
  • Report to and assist Creative Director in managing design quality, standards and integrity across all client work
  • Self-managing design projects including, but not limited to:
    • Brand Packages
    • Logo Design
    • Website Design
    • 1-Off Print Projects (Brochures, Signage, etc.)
    • Digital & Print Marketing Campaign Creative
    • Supporting Visuals (Illustrations, Infographics, Typography, etc.)
  • Oversight and technical direction to design team of their efficiency in execution and quality of creative work
  • Collaboration and teamwork with Account Managers and Digital Marketing Team on project scope, deadlines, etc.
  • Prioritization and scheduling with Vice President and Creative Director on high-level accounts and project work
  • Act as a leader in design innovation and creativity on tools, tricks of the trade and ways to grow our design department and capabilities continuously
  • Asset management of all parts and pieces to a client’s creative work (logos, images, packaged files, use of DropBox Business, etc.)
  • Manage time and scope of design deliverables and tasks for billing and tracking purposes

Digital Marketing Coordinator

Looking for a full-time, social media ninja with a need for speed and a wheelhouse of digital marketing mojo.

The Digital Marketing Coordinator is responsible for implementing and managing social media marketing efforts that promote client campaigns directed by the Digital Marketing Director. This position plays a major role in enhancing brand awareness within the digital space as well as driving website traffic and acquiring leads and/or customers for various client accounts. This role is also responsible for assisting the Digital Marketing Director with any other digital marketing efforts for monthly retainer accounts.

Requirements:
  • Strong communicator and team collaborator
  • Excellent quality of written English; writing is a key aspect of your role as you will sometimes be writing content through engagement, etc.
  • Exceptional time management skills to meet deadlines; must work well in a fast-paced environment
  • Enthusiastic and in keeping up with marketing trends/solutions

  Responsibilities:
  • Schedule monthly social media posts into AgoraPulse
  • Report weekly analytic snapshots
  • Work in Basecamp and with team members to see assignments through
  • Engage weekly on social media platforms as assigned
  • Facilitate approvals of monthly SEO updates from DM
  • Seek out opportunities to for client promotion via social media
  • Collaborate with Digital Marketing Director to think creatively and influence campaigns in production
  • Offer ideas and insight as you engage on client platforms
  • Work in LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, YouTube, AgoraPulse, MailChimp and BaseCamp
  • Facilitate email blasts from concept to finish as they move through design for Account Management review
  • Support Digital Marketing Director as needed
