Requirements:
- Bachelors degree and/or 4-7 years of graphic design experience (compensation varying on talent), preferably
- Expert knowledge in Adobe Creative Suite (print layout, vector illustration, web templates, photography manipulation, etc.)
- Must be organized in with company’s folder management and file structure
- Preferably agency experience (although not required)
- Usability of Apple products (OS updating, expert user, Adobe integration, etc.)
- Must be a hard worker, friendly and creatively enthusiastic
- Possess a strong desire to teach and learn with a team of diverse marketing professionals who love to work and love to have fun
- Must have competency in marketing programs from conception to implementation of all creative deliverables in between
- Be well-versed in digital AND print design processes (including large and small format printing)
Responsibilities:
- Report to and assist Creative Director in managing design quality, standards and integrity across all client work
- Self-managing design projects including, but not limited to:
- Brand Packages
- Logo Design
- Website Design
- 1-Off Print Projects (Brochures, Signage, etc.)
- Digital & Print Marketing Campaign Creative
- Supporting Visuals (Illustrations, Infographics, Typography, etc.)
- Oversight and technical direction to design team of their efficiency in execution and quality of creative work
- Collaboration and teamwork with Account Managers and Digital Marketing Team on project scope, deadlines, etc.
- Prioritization and scheduling with Vice President and Creative Director on high-level accounts and project work
- Act as a leader in design innovation and creativity on tools, tricks of the trade and ways to grow our design department and capabilities continuously
- Asset management of all parts and pieces to a client’s creative work (logos, images, packaged files, use of DropBox Business, etc.)
- Manage time and scope of design deliverables and tasks for billing and tracking purposes
